How polite and courteous were your interactions with employees at ULTA? Given the other reviews for this product, the mistake seems to be an ongoing miscommunication between Ulta's product marketing team and their warehouse. I picked up a new pallet from Urban Decay and walked around looking at other stuff. They know they made the mistake too because I see they since changed the quantity number to "1", without compensating the customers who fell victim to their error/lie. I prefer shopping online, but if I have to go through my card's fraud department every time I want to order something from Ulta, I will find another company.
