Given the other reviews for this product, the mistake seems to be an ongoing miscommunication between Ulta's product marketing team and their warehouse. I picked up a new pallet from Urban Decay and walked around looking at other stuff. They know they made the mistake too because I see they since changed the quantity number to "1", without compensating the customers who fell victim to their error/lie.
